By using the Pushup Bro app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our app.
2. Accounts
Pushup Bro creates an anonymous account for you automatically; no sign-up is needed. Pro members can connect Sign in with Apple or Google to save and restore their progress. You are responsible for the Apple or Google account you connect. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
3. Pushup Bro Pro and In-App Purchases
Everything is open for the first three days after you first open the app. After that, Pushup Bro Pro unlocks treks, quests, the island shop, the wardrobe, the camera coach, home screen and lock screen widgets, and saving your progress to your Apple or Google account. Today's leaderboard and friends stay free for everyone. Pro is available with the following pricing:

Prices may vary by country and are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy.
All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewals. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
If your subscription ends, cloud saving pauses. Your saved backup stays and can still be restored.
4. Health and Safety
Pushup Bro is a game that encourages exercise. It is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a health condition or an injury. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Pushup counts, statistics and goals are estimates and may not be exact.
5. Fair Play and Community
Please play fair. Do not manipulate pushup counts or the leaderboard, use bots or modified apps, or harass other players. You can remove or block other players at any time. We may remove leaderboard entries or friends features from accounts that break these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership
All content within the Pushup Bro app, including text, characters such as Carlos and the bros, 3D models, illustrations, music, sounds, graphics and code, is the property of Lucas Goldner or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. Usage Restrictions
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our app without permission. Island cards and codes you share from the app may be shared for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Privacy
Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect your data.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app or its online features at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee the app will meet your expectations, be error-free, or that online features will always be available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries from exercise, or the loss of game progress.
