1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Japanana app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our app.
2. Accounts
No account is required. You can browse the grammar list, your statistics and the settings for free.
3. Japanana Pro and In-App Purchases
Starting lessons and reviews requires Japanana Pro, which also unlocks weak spot reviews, home screen and lock screen widgets and alternate Nana app icons. It is available with the following pricing:

Prices may vary by country and are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy. The weekly plan may start with a free trial of three days for new subscribers; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewals.
Tips are optional one-time purchases that support the app. They do not unlock any content or features. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
4. Learning Content
Japanana is an educational tool. Grammar explanations, example sentences, statistics and study plan estimates are provided for learning purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as passing a JLPT exam or reaching a level of fluency by a certain date.
5. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership
All content within the Japanana app, including text, lessons, illustrations, the Nana mascot, graphics and code, is the property of Lucas Goldner and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. Usage Restrictions
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our app without permission. Recap videos and images you create in the app may be shared for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Privacy
Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect your data.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee the app will meet your expectations or be error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or the loss of study data.

1. 規約への同意
Japananaを利用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。ご利用の前に必ずお読みください。
2. アカウント
アカウントは不要です。文法の一覧、統計、設定は無料でご覧いただけます。
3. Japanana Proとアプリ内課金
レッスンと復習を始めるにはJapanana Proが必要です。苦手の復習、ホーム画面・ロック画面のウィジェット、Nanaのアプリアイコンも使えるようになります。料金は週額$5.99（3日間の無料トライアル後）、年額$29.99、買い切り$49.99（米国の場合）です。
料金は国によって異なり、購入前にアプリ内で現地通貨で表示されます。週額プランでは新規のお客様に3日間の無料トライアルが提供される場合があり、トライアル終了の24時間前までに解約しない場合はサブスクリプションが開始され、料金が発生します。
すべての購入はApp Storeを通じて処理され、Appleの利用条件が適用されます。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り自動で更新されます。管理・解約はApp Storeのアカウント設定から行えます。買い切りは1回限りのお支払いで、更新はありません。
チップはアプリを応援するための任意の1回限りの購入で、コンテンツや機能は解放されません。返金はAppleのポリシーに従って処理されます。
4. 学習コンテンツ
Japananaは学習用のツールです。文法の解説、例文、統計、学習プランの予測は学習目的でのみ提供されます。JLPTの合格や、特定の時期までに一定のレベルに達することなど、特定の結果を保証するものではありません。
5. 知的財産
a. 権利の帰属
テキスト、レッスン、イラスト、マスコットのNana、グラフィック、コードを含むアプリ内のすべてのコンテンツはLucas Goldnerに帰属し、著作権その他の知的財産権により保護されています。
b. 利用の制限
許可なくアプリのコンテンツを複製、改変、配布することはできません。アプリで作成した振り返り動画や画像は、個人的かつ非商用の目的で共有できます。
6. プライバシー
アプリの利用にはプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
7. 利用の停止
理由の如何を問わず、事前の通知なくアプリへのアクセスを停止または終了する場合があります。
8. 保証の否認
アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。アプリがご期待に沿うこと、または不具合がないことを保証するものではありません。
9. 責任の制限
直接的、間接的、付随的または結果的な損害、学習データの消失を含め、アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
