1. Acceptance of Terms

Duo Dunk is a basketball flick game made for the iPhone Duo opened to 90°. Flick the ball from the floor screen and sink it on the wall screen, climb a 50-level career against a rival, or chase your longest streak in Free Mode.

By using the Duo Dunk app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our app.

2. Free Content and Ads

Duo Dunk is free to download. Free Mode and the first Career chapter (Rookie, levels 1–10) are free to play. The free version shows interstitial ads between Career levels, provided by Google AdMob.

3. In-App Purchases

Duo Dunk offers the following one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases. There are no subscriptions.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by country and currency; the App Store always shows your local price before you buy. All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any of your devices with "Restore Purchases" in the in-game Shop. Cosmetic items do not affect gameplay. Refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership

All content within the Duo Dunk app, including text, graphics, characters, story, levels, game design and code, is the property of Lucas Goldner and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. Usage Restrictions

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our app without permission. You may not cheat, exploit bugs or tamper with the app to unlock paid content without purchasing it.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect your data.

6. Changes to the Game

We may update Duo Dunk from time to time, including adding, changing or removing levels, features and cosmetic items. Items you have purchased will remain available to you for as long as the app is offered.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee the app will meet your expectations or be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
