Advertising (Google AdMob)

Duo Dunk shows interstitial ads between Career levels using Google AdMob. Ads are never shown during gameplay or in Free Mode. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information from your device such as an advertising or device identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.

Duo Dunk does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, so Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is not made available to Google through the app. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can choose non-personalized ads instead.

In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)

Duo Dunk offers one-time in-app purchases (no subscriptions). Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Purchases are managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history (which items you bought, when, and the transaction details from the App Store) so it can unlock what you bought and restore purchases on a new device. Removing Ads

Buying the Full Career Pack permanently removes all ads from Duo Dunk. You can also reset or limit your device's advertising settings at any time in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not collect personal information ourselves. Data is shared only with the service providers described above (Apple, Google AdMob and RevenueCat) to show ads and to process and restore purchases.

Children's Privacy

Duo Dunk is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will help remove it.

Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you delete the app. Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat so your purchases can be restored. To request deletion of purchase-related data held by RevenueCat, contact us using the address below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the app and rely on Apple, Google and RevenueCat's security practices for the data they process.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be displayed at the top of the policy.
