Advertising (Google AdMob)

Brave Tree shows ads using Google AdMob. Interstitial ads may appear after you clear a level, from Level 4 onwards, and never during a battle or a story scene. On the win screen you can choose to watch a rewarded ad to double the coins you earned; this is always optional. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information from your device such as an advertising or device identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information, diagnostics, and how you interact with ads.

Brave Tree does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, so Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is not made available to Google through the app. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), you will be asked for consent before any ads are loaded, using Google's consent form, and you can choose non-personalized ads instead. Where the law gives you that choice, you can change it later with "Privacy choices" in the title screen's Options.

In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)

Brave Tree offers one-time in-app purchases (no subscriptions): Remove Ads, character skins and HUD themes. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Purchases are managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history (which items you bought, when, and the transaction details from the App Store) so it can unlock what you bought and restore purchases on a new device. Removing Ads

Buying Remove Ads permanently removes the interstitial ads between levels. The optional rewarded ad for double coins stays available, because you only see it when you choose to. You can also reset or limit your device's advertising settings at any time in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not collect personal information ourselves. Data is shared only with the service providers described above (Apple, Google AdMob and RevenueCat) to show ads and to process and restore purchases.

Children's Privacy

Brave Tree is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will help remove it.

Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you delete the app. Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat so your purchases can be restored. To request deletion of purchase-related data held by RevenueCat, contact us using the address below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the app and rely on Apple, Google and RevenueCat's security practices for the data they process.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be displayed at the top of the policy.
